At Les Cotons de Romane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textiles; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
